In order to do that, customers' names are not sold to mailing lists or marketing companies. The information customers provide to Zawadi African Tea is only used to fill his or her order.

Placing and Processing Orders
Typically we need your name, phone number, mailing address, e-mail, and credit card information to process and send out your order. Your e-mail address and phone number are for notifying you the status of your order. We may also request feedback about our products and our service.
Protecting your information
We use a respected vendor to process our order information. This vendor respects the customers' confidentiality. When an order is placed with Zawadi African Tea, the information is processed by their secure server, which encrypts all the information before it is sent to us. This ensures that the customer's information cannot be accessed by anyone who is not authorized.
Although numerous other websites provide links to the Zawadi African Tea site, they do not have access to our customer information.
We can also assure you that our suppliers, the Kenyan tea farmers, will not have access to customer information either.
Customers can rest assured that Zawadi will not provide or sell contact information to anyone, and that we have the greatest respect for our customers' privacy.
There are 2 exceptions when customer information will be provided:
The various companies we use in shipping out product will receive the customer name and address. These companies are never allowed to use this information for any purpose other than shipping.
If any law enforcement agency requires our customer information we may be required to comply. This will likely be done in the case of any fraudulent activities and would only be done to protect our customers and their property.
